Weed in Maryland lists every dispensary the Maryland Cannabis Administration currently licenses, with its address, licence number and county. It is an independent site. It is not run by, funded by or affiliated with the State of Maryland or the Maryland Cannabis Administration.

Where the records come from

The list of shops comes from the Maryland Cannabis Administration’s licensed dispensary data, the same data behind the dispensary map on cannabis.maryland.gov. Each record’s name, licence number, licensee type, address and county come from there. The list was last checked on September 19, 2026, when it held 122 active licences.

When the state list changes, new licences are added and changed details are updated. A licence that drops off the state list is not silently deleted: it is marked and shown on openings and closures.

What is confirmed, and what is not

Being on the state licence list means the shop holds a dispensary licence. It does not tell you the opening hours, the phone number or what the shop accepts. Those come from somewhere else, and each record says where:

  • The shop’s own website. Read from the site’s structured data where it has any, or from the page text, which is the weaker reading and is labelled as such.
  • The shop itself. Owners can send updates through the claim form. Updates are reviewed before they go live.
  • Nothing. Where we have no source, the record says “Hours not confirmed” rather than guessing. Hours are shown only when we have the whole week.

Today 92 of 122 records show hours. Shops change hours, especially on holidays, so confirm with the shop before you travel.

What this site does not do

  • No ratings, reviews or “best of” rankings.
  • No shop pays to be listed or to appear higher. The list is the state’s list.
  • No unlicensed or “gifting” shops. If a shop is not on the state licence list, it is not here.
  • The medical card button links to our own guide. If it ever points to a paid partner, the button and this page will say so.
